Shipping Policy

Shipping by Rocky Team

• Rocky provides nationwide delivery through our in-house team.
• Free delivery in Bangkok, surrounding areas, and parts of Chonburi with no minimum order (the only company in Thailand offering no minimum order policy).*
• For deliveries to other provinces, a delivery fee will be charged based on distance.**
• Including production time, delivery is completed within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).***
• Customers can track their shipment status via our Line Official Accounts: @rocky1 or @rockyfurniture.

*Customers who are unable to receive their order on the scheduled delivery date may reschedule the delivery within 1 month, provided they notify the Rocky team in advance. If the rescheduling request is made after the delivery team has already dispatched the order, Rocky reserves the right to charge for the subsequent delivery.

**If customers prefer not to use the Rocky delivery team, they may request delivery through a third-party courier service.

***For small orders, Rocky reserves the right to postpone delivery until a suitable delivery route is available.

Shipping by Third-Party Courier Services

• Rocky also utilizes third-party couriers, such as Flash or Kerry, for small items.
• For customers in provinces where Rocky's team delivery is unavailable, customers can choose to either pick up the order themselves or request Rocky to arrange shipping via a third-party courier.*

*Please note that when using third-party courier services, Rocky cannot take responsibility for any damages incurred during transit.

Self Pick-Up at Our Location

• Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our office during business hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
